Naturally Decaffeinated using the CR3 process using Carbon Dioxide to remove 99.9% of caffeine in a most gentle, slow fashion, thus preserving the very best character of the original bean.  Expect Good body, bright acidity and caramel sweetness from this Huehuetenango with no trace of the ‘decaf’ taste associated with chemically decaffeinated beans.  Perfect for Cafetiere or Filter brew, but with enough body for a lighter, brighter, Espresso. Wonderful!




Character: Balanced Acidity with Chocolate/nut notes. Medium body.
